2. Place in a +cnote (type: +help cnote). When placing it inside the note, let us know if you need some help with the formatting. Some commands are:

MUX Formatting
New line or return	%r
Indent	[space(10)]

For example: %r[space(10)]Animal Type: ...would place 'Animal Type' on a new line, and indent it.

3. Submit a +request to staff for review.
