Bonuses

On Tenebrae, we value our players. We are a game about getting involved within the community, and being a part of a larger whole. That said, we also offer a few incentives towards these goals.

New Player Bonuses

Are you new to Tenebrae? The following incentives are available:

• Earn 2 RPPs by posting an introduction to our boards and making a character page! We want to hear about you, and the story you're here to tell. RPPs, also known as Roleplay Points and Perks, are a custom, inhouse system that let you purchase things such as a hit die reroll, or even an odd ability or three. As a special note, please be sure to let staff know when you do. While we watch this sort of thing, there is always a chance we miss it, and we want to be sure you get your points.
• Skip your way to level 3 by running your first PrP! Get to know others and try your hand at what it takes to run a scene. (Alternately, we're also offering this bonus by running a cleric).

Existing Player Bonuses

We value our community, and the effort every one of us puts into it. While we are a MU, we are also a kind of virtual tabletop, a place to sit, game, and toss the dice with friends.

• Spend 10 RPP and start your next alt at level 3! Spend a few more RPP at each level grouping (2-5, 6-10, etc.) and skip a level.
• Reached level 6? Request your free racial feat, and flesh out your Emblem of Ea denizen. Every race receives one, and the list of these options is growing all the time. You must meet the pre-reqs for any racial feat you select.
• When you, as a player, are in either a PRP or a DM'd scene, you may volunteer to write up a rumor post with the consent of the person running the scene. Doing so and posting the rumor will net you one RPP as a thank you. Please submit that you have done so to the RPP queue.

PrP Bonuses

The following can be earned in addition to the normal benefits of a PrP! They may be earned by new and existing players equally. These bonuses are mainly for getting out and meeting others, or for helping a new player get on their feet! If you are claiming one, be sure and let us know in your +request.

• Run a noncombat (story-based) PrP: +2 RPPs to Runner
• Run a PrP for at least two different new players: Runner receives PrP Awards at 1 level higher on your 2nd PrP
• Tie PrP to the current meta-arc: Runner receives PrP Awards at 1 level higher on your 2nd PrP
• Run a PrP in an exotic locale: Runner receives PrP Awards at 1 level higher on your 2nd PrP
